The IBioBA announces a new edition of the virtual course “CONTEXT-DEPENDENT CELL SIGNALING DIVERSITY” for scientists and graduate students of any discipline related to biomedical sciences.
It will take place from September 13th to 28th, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and it is carried out within the framework of the Biomedicine project of the FOCEM (MERCOSUR). It awards credits for the FCEN-UBA PhD program.
The course in virtual mode includes:
– theory lectures,
– seminars,
– practical activities,
– brief presentation of the research line,
– Optional: final exam to accredit the course.
- COURSE CONTENT
It will offer an updated overview to understand how the diversity of signaling in different biological contexts and in multiple physiological or pathological situations determines a variety of responses for adaptation to a particular environmental situation in a given temporal and spatial context.
Experts will present the approaches to different biological problems, as well as the newest methodologies and applications.
- REGISTRATION
Those interested can register from June 1 to July 30, 2021. They should send an email to diversidadscd2020@gmail.com with CV and the degree of progress of the PhD.
- ORGANIZATION
The course is organized by the IBioBA researchers Ana Clara Liberman and Susana Silberstein, and qualifies award points for the FCEN-UBA PhD program.
